FIRST VISIT

Please bring the following with you on every visit:

e-card or your proof of insurance
Mother-Child Passport
Vaccination record
possibly important preliminary information (such as X-rays or laboratory results or doctor's letters from the hospital).

FIRST APPOINTMENT WITH BABY

To provide extra protection for babies and to allow their parents a relaxed waiting time, a waiting area and treatment room for babies ("baby area") is reserved on the 1st floor.

Please bring a replacement receipt from your health insurance provider if you have a newborn. If you have not yet received your e-card or have forgotten it, we ask that you pay a deposit of €120. This will, of course, be fully refunded to you as soon as you receive your e-card.

Please bring a diaper or cloth diaper and a plastic bag for used diapers.

FIRST VISIT

Our practice is wheelchair accessible.

An elevator and accessible toilets are available if required.

WAITING ROOMS

We have separate areas for sick children (ground floor) and healthy children (1st floor).

HOUSE RULES

If your child has a rash, please ring the bell on the right at the main entrance before entering the doctor's office.

SHOE-FREE ZONE

Please remove your shoes on the 1st and 2nd floors.

Loaner slippers are available.

STROLLERS

Please leave strollers in the entrance area and secure them to the metal bar with a bicycle lock.

Stair safety device

Safety gates are installed above the stairs to protect younger children. Please keep them closed.
