Our practice is barrier-free and you can reach us easily, as there is a lift.

STROLLERS
Please leave strollers in the hallway on the ground floor and secure them with a bicycle lock on the brass bar.

FIRST VISIT
Please bring your e-card and photo ID with you on your first visit, and if you have a newborn, a replacement receipt from your health insurance provider. If you haven't received your e-card yet or have forgotten it, we ask that you leave a deposit of €120. This deposit will, of course, be fully refunded once you have received your e-card.
FIRST APPOINTMENT WITH BABY
The practice has separate waiting rooms for sick and healthy children. We try to separate sick and healthy children as much as possible and therefore offer separate waiting areas.
Please bring your e-card or proof of insurance with you on every visit, as well as your mother-child pass and vaccination record and any important preliminary information (such as X-rays or laboratory results or doctor's letters from the hospital).
If you are coming with your baby, please bring a diaper or cloth diaper.
